Refund and Exchange Policy:

At My Booth Rocks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of quartz & gems, carvings, chip trees, dream catchers, pyramids, and jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free refund and exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Refunds:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receipt. We will be happy to assist you with the exchange process.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returning items to ensure they reach us safely.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged or defective product. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and provide you with a replacement or refund as needed.

Custom Orders:

Please note that custom orders, personalized items, and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
